“7S | The Mask of Sin” Selected at the London International Creative Competition 2024
I’m incredibly proud to announce that my project “7S | The Mask of Sin” has been officially selected by the London International Creative Competition (LICC) 2024 in the SHOOT (Photo/Video) – Non-Professional category!
The LICC is one of the most respected creative competitions in Europe, celebrating visionary artists from around the world whose work challenges, inspires, and pushes creative boundaries. To have “7S | The Mask of Sin” recognized by such an esteemed platform is a true honor—and a reminder of why I continue to create under the Ennoia name.
This series is a conceptual and surrealistic exploration of the Seven Deadly Sins, reimagined as evolving masks that slowly consume the person beneath. The masks aren’t just visual metaphors—they represent how internal flaws and external pressures distort identity, often in subtle, creeping ways.
Each portrait was carefully crafted to reflect a sin through a modern lens:
Gluttony reveals a world obsessed with overconsumption,
Greed exposes our hunger for power and material gain,
Sloth unveils the quiet dangers of disengagement and numbness,
Wrath erupts in the chaos of digital outrage,
Envy lurks behind curated online lives,
Lust commodifies desire and blurs genuine connection,
Pride mirrors our pursuit of perfection and validation.
I created this project not just to reinterpret classical themes, but to explore how they’ve evolved—and how they continue to shape us today. Through AI-enhanced techniques and a fine art approach, “7S | The Mask of Sin” invites viewers to question what we wear, what we hide, and what ultimately defines us.
